A package designed to let you get on with being a musician and let us sweat the small stuff! Do you ever wish you can just turn up and the stage is already set out for you? Well here you have it! Send us your patch list and how you would like the stage laid out, then we’ll neatly run all the cables and power points so you have everything you need to turn up and start playing. We even pre-set and label up the mixer, so from the first chord it will just be a few tweaks to get you sounding perfect.
The package is designed to be a 2 speaker main PA with 2 foldback floor monitors, however you can choose any configuration you like and swap kit in and out (mics, stands, DIs, speakers, subs, etc) until we reach your desired package configuration and price.
The 2 main PA speakers are the beautifully sounding, top of the range, 1,400 Watt, 15″ self-powered RCF Art 735-A’s. We’ve sampled pretty much every speaker on the market and chose these as our number 1 for live sound. The secret of RCF’s amazing sound lies in their hugely capable horn which has one of the lowest crossover points on the market at 800Hz giving near perfect vocal reproduction.

We deliver and set-up the equipment, working to your stage layout plan. Microphones, DI boxes, monitors, power sockets & signal cables are all neatly run out and connected up ready to go. We provide all the necessary leads and cables to get you connected. We also include 30 minutes of sound engineer time to get all members connected and sound-checked, providing this takes place immediately after setting up.
We’ll give you a crash course on using the mixer and speakers, and then leave you to it. At the end of the event we will return to take down and remove the equipment, we can collect any time of day or night, or even the following morning.
We don’t want to step on your toes if you’ve already got the tech side of things covered, we’ll happily just deliver the kit to you and give you a quick demo on each of the products.
During busy periods we may supply alternative equipment of equal or greater size, power and quality. If it is important that you receive the exact specification as displayed on this page then please ensure you tell us when placing your booking.

Is your town not listed?
Please get in touch and we will calculate the travel cost for you.
I have multiple gigs, can I tour with the system?
Yes, you can take the equipment touring, it is very portable and will fit in most cars. We will deliver and setup the kit on the first gig, and collect from your last gig.
How many power sockets are required?
The Stage PA package just requires 1 x 13A power socket within 5 metres of the setup location. We will run extension leads to power the speakers, monitors and mixer, plus there will be tactically placed spare sockets for you to plug your amps, pedal boards, etc in to.
Can the whole stage really run off 1 plug socket?
Yes, providing you aren’t plugging in anything that draws a big load (e.g. smoke machines, incandescent stage lights, etc) then the stage can easily run from 1 wall socket, although more sockets is never a bad thing!
How long does it take to setup?
It takes about 1 hour with 1 technician (or approximately 30 minutes with 2 technicians) to set up the stage to your specified requirements, although this may take longer if the loading route has flights of stairs and long walks.
Do you have longer XLR cables?
Yes, we supply 3m, 6m & 10m cables as default, however we also have 20m cables for £3 each.
I have iPhone 7/8/X, how will this connect to the mixer?
We can provide a lightning to headphone adapter but you will need to notify us at time of booking.
If I hire the equipment overnight will it cost more?
No, our standard rate is based on a 24 hour hire period, with a degree of flexibility to work with your event timings.
Can I collect the equipment from you?
At present we can only offer a delivery service.
Can the equipment be setup outdoors?
If the weather is guaranteed to be calm and dry throughout the hire duration then this is acceptable. Otherwise we do have waterproof covers for the K12 speakers but shelter is required for all other equipment.
RADIO MICROPHONE – Budget £20, Premium £30
The microphone supplied with this package has a chord length of 3m, extendable to 10m on request. If you require a wire-free microphone for longer distances or for general ease then we have 2 options: A pair of budget radio microphones for £20 (karaoke quality), or a premium Sennheiser radio microphone for £30. Both options come with a receiver of course!
CD/USB PLAYER – £20
This Numark NDX400 deck is a useful companion if you’re playing backing music from CD or from MP3 on a USB stick, whether as a main source or just as a backup in case your laptop/tablet/phone decides to die on you at that critical moment! With pitch adjustment you can alter the tempo of your tracks, plus you can set up to 3 hot-cue points so you can jump straight to any moment of any track.
SUBWOOFER – £45
For bigger venues we recommend adding 1 or even 2 of our 18″ Mackie HD1801 subwoofers at 800W RMS (1,600W peak) each. They feature a cross-over output which relieves the top speakers of their bass duties, letting them concentrate their power resources on increasing headroom for vocals and instruments. The overall system is much louder from the highest to the lowest frequencies, and as a result will carry that sound much further.
SOUND ENGINEER – £40/hour
The package includes 30 minutes of sound engineer time to assist with the sound check, however if you want to extend that peace of mind for another hour, or even for the whole gig then book us to stick around! Not only will we manage the desk to make you sound beautiful, we’ll also be on hand to resolve any technical emergency and we’ll cue up any backing music if required.
UPLIGHTING – £10 per light
Uplights are a great cost-effective way to add some atmosphere to your performance. They are placed on the ground and you can choose from any colour or shade you require. Plus being LED they operate at low temperatures keeping you comfortable.
Alternatively check out our lighting packages for more options on lighting up your performance.
