This is an all-in-one home party solution in collaboration with our trading partners Marlow Marquees. We provide as standard a fully draped 6m x 6m clear span marquee with floor matting. Speakers and disco lights are then installed into the structure of the marquee to create a seamless party venue. Play your own music from your laptop, tablet or phone through the supplied control station.

We also offer a completely bespoke service so should you require a unique shape or size marquee, tables, chairs, flooring, stages, decorations, caterers, portable loos, mobile bars, power generators, special effects and more, then we can tailor the package to your liking.
The audio connection to your phone, laptop or tablet is made via the mini-jack headphone port on your device, we provide the cable.
The control station allows you to independently switch on/off the sound system, disco lights, ceiling lights and smoke machine. It also has a power socket for your chargers, and a shelf for your laptop/phone/tablet.
We’ll give you a full demonstration on how to use the equipment.
The mixer gives you control over the volume and microphone levels; it also allows you to crossfade between 2 simultaneously connected devices, so you can have some fun being a DJ!
The ceiling drape lighting is controlled from the control station. The lights can be set to any shade or colour of your choice, or they can fade or cycle through the colour spectrum.

FAQs
How many power sockets are required?
Providing you do not intend to plug any further heavy loads into the control station, the Party Marquee package just requires 1 x 13A power socket ideally within 30 metres of the control station.
How long does it take to setup?
Setup is usually completed in 2 phases, the marquee is typically setup 1-3 days before the event and takes about 4 hours. The sound and lighting equipment is installed usually 1 day before the event and takes about 2 hours. Collection is also typically completed in 2 phases, 1-3 days after the event.
Do you have other size marquees available?
Yes, the 6m by 6m marquee is only a suggested size to enable us to give you an online price. The marquees come in 3m, 6m, 9m and 12m spans, and generally any length in multiples of 1.5m.
Can you install the marquee on concrete/tarmac/paving?
It is possible but we prefer to find other solutions. Please contact us for more information on this.
Does the system connect via Bluetooth?
No, we supply an aux cable that connects into the mini-jack headphone port on your device.
Does the package come with DJ decks?
No, but you can hire these as an additional extra. We have a selection of DJ decks available.
Popular Upgrades
ROTOSPHERE – £30
The Rotosphere is a fantastic centre-piece. Suspended from the ceiling in the centre of the marquee it instantly fills the area with 360 degrees of rotating disco lighting.
MIRRORBALL – £45
A classic centre-piece, a suspended rotating glitter ball with 2 spot lights either side for a full 360 degree effect.
BLACKOUT STARLIT CEILING – £320
We swap out the white ceiling drapes for a black starcloth; it really transforms the marquee into a party room. To blackout the walls as well add £40. Price based on a 6m x 6m marquee.
EXTERNAL UPLIGHTING – £10 per light
Light up some garden features or mark a walkway, these LED lights can be set to any colour and can be left outside in all weather conditions.
SOUND UPGRADES – From £100
The supplied system is what we call “neighbour friendly”, it isn’t over-powered and uses small speakers to ensure sound dissipates quickly over distance. However, if you’ve invited the neighbours (and you like your music loud) then we have a number of upgrade options available, from power upgrades, subwoofers, or even 4 point surround systems. RADIO MICROPHONE – Budget £20, Premium £30
The microphone supplied with this package has a chord length of 3m, extendable to 10m on request. If you require a wire-free microphone for longer distances or for general ease then we have 2 options: A pair of budget radio microphones for £20 (karaoke quality), or a premium Sennheiser radio microphone for £30. Both options come with a receiver of course!
CARPET – £180
We install carpet on top of the matting in a colour of your choice. Price based on a 6m x 6m marquee.
DANCEFLOOR – £180
Add a black and white chequered dancefloor to give your guests a steady place to boogie! Price is for a 3.6m x 3.6m dancefloor, other sizes are available.
